My animals stopped producing

They are hungry or sick. Check the trough: an empty trough means no milk, no wool and no eggs. Order feed from the Feed card; the truck takes a while, so order before you run out. If an animal is already sick, the vet will heal it — one call fixes your worst animal.

I lost my farm

Progress lives on your device. If you signed in with Apple, it is also backed up in the cloud and comes back when you sign in on a new device. If you never signed in, there is no copy anywhere else — we cannot recover it, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise.

Sign in with Apple is not working

The game works fully without it. If you want the backup and the leaderboard, make sure the device is signed in to iCloud with two-factor authentication on — Apple requires that before it will hand any app a sign-in.

I want my account gone

Account → Delete account, inside the app. It removes the account, the cloud save and the leaderboard entry. See this page for what exactly is deleted.
