PekFarm is a one-time purchase from the App Store. By playing it you agree to what follows. It is short because the game is simple: there is nothing to subscribe to and nothing to lose but time.
1. What you get
A licence to play the game on devices you own. You may not resell it, republish it, or take it apart and ship the pieces as your own.
2. Accounts
An account is optional. If you create one with Sign in with Apple, keep it to yourself — anything done through it counts as done by you. You can delete it from inside the app at any time.
3. The leaderboard
Your farm's name and best score are shown to other players. Choose a name you are happy for strangers to see. We may remove names that are abusive, impersonate someone, or exist only to advertise something. We may also remove scores that were obviously not earned by playing.
4. Fair play
Do not modify the app, tamper with saved data or send made-up scores to the server. If you do, we may remove your entry or the account.
5. Your progress
We take reasonable care of cloud saves, but this is a game, not a bank. Devices fail, services have outages and mistakes happen. We do not promise that the game will be free of bugs or always available, and we are not liable for lost progress. If you never sign in, the only copy is on your device.
6. Availability
The game may be updated or withdrawn from sale. Sale of the app can end at any time; anyone who already bought it keeps it, because that is how the App Store works.
7. Payments
PekFarm is a one-time purchase handled by Apple. We never see your payment details, and refunds go through Apple. Inside the game there are no purchases of any kind, no subscriptions and no advertising.
